Immerse yourself in a nourishing and restoring Yin Yoga practice. Relaxation and rest is not earned, it is required and essential for a fulfilling life. When you set your mind and body at ease, you give permission to integration of all your life's experiences.

Reiki is a powerful energetic cleansing tool. While you are in extended, relaxing yoga poses -- you will be receiving the gift of Reiki healing. Reiki balances and harmonizes your inner self and energy body.
