Founder & Instructor
Roya Allegra
Roya Allegra is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor and the founder of Earth Studio, a local yoga studio in Montoursville, PA. Based in Pennsylvania now, she was born and yoga certified in San Diego, California.
Before starting her yoga journey, Roya was always finding ways to stay connected to nature. She lived on the beach in San Diego, and became an event coordinator at a venue as close to the ocean as she could find. This deep connection to nature lead her to a strong desire to travel. Through exploring, she was eventually lead to a yoga mat in 2017.
Yoga became a pillar of healing for Roya. She was experiencing heightened states of anxiety, so she knew there were root causes needing to be tended to. After living in Egypt for years, along with other parts of Africa and the Middle East - She received certifications in Reiki, Breathwork, Sound-healing, and as a Shamanic Practitioner. All of this ancient wisdom lead her to focus on women’s healing offerings.
She is known for her Vinyasa flows to strengthen the body while adding a relaxing harmonizing element of breath work and spirituality.
Roya is passionate about creating a conscious, and welcoming environment for other’s evolution and empowerment.

Desire Kaiser
Since 2019, yoga has been both part of my practice and my way of supporting others in discovering themselves. I wasn’t always given the space or freedom to truly be myself. I felt disconnected from my voice, body, and my power. Through my personal practice, I found my way back to me with control, grace, and confidence.
My teaching is rooted in both Vinyasa and Hatha styles of yoga, blending mindful movement, breath, strength and stillness. I love creating practices that encourage balance between effort and ease, grounding and growth, challenge and compassion. My intention is that our practice together helps you feel more grounded, more connected and more at home within yourself.

Maya Rain
I have been in the yoga community since my earliest memories. I grew up doing mommy and me classes with my mom, who was also an instructor. Because of her, I received my teacher training in high school and have been a life long healer. I am a recurrent cancer survivor and registered nurse, with a strong emphasis on the mental wellbeing that yoga brings to people. Kundalini and Ashtanga practices were my rocks during the most difficult health journeys in life and I love to share those practices and fun inversions with my students. My goal with every class and workshop is for everyone to leave with a sense of peace, belonging, and empowerment. I look forward to sharing healing memories with you all.

I believe movement is meant to be joyful. My classes are an invitation to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and discover the strength that comes from moving with intention. Having experienced both the intensity of high-energy training and the stillness of yoga, I'm passionate about creating a practice that honors the balance between effort and ease, strength and softness, yang and yin.
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the very first time or deepening an existing practice, you'll be welcomed exactly as you are. I especially love supporting women and beginners as they build confidence, embrace the joy of movement, and discover what their bodies are capable of. My hope is that you leave each class feeling grounded, empowered, and inspired to carry that sense of balance with you long after you roll up your mat.
